P.A.R.T.Y. (Prevent Alcohol and Risk-Related Trauma in Youth) PROGRAM
Target Audience:
Students who have not attended the P.A.R.T.Y. Program at Victoria General Hospital.
The P.A.R.T.Y. Program is a “tell it like it is” program that educates youth about the consequences of risky behaviour, non-use of seat belts, driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs,... with respect to car crashes.
Goals:

This website provides a basic look at crucial health and safety issues in our society. Be sure to read the history of the program, the stories shared by survivors and watch the videos.
It will be important for you to read all the information and to make notes about the reality of what happens when a patient enters a hospital after being involved in a risk-related behaviour.

Your Assignment:
The overall message is to make better choices about the risks we take.
Your challenge is to use the information you have learned and create a powerful mini Media Campaign with the motto of "THINK IT THRU" for a youth audience.
