- Identify 3 activities that you happily participate in that improve or maintain your fitness level.
- Considering that life gets busy, expensive and sometimes hard to manage routines after high school, how will you stay fit after you leave Oak Bay High?

- Identify 3 situations that cause you to be stressed.
- What are 3 healthy ways that you manage your stress? Are there any drawbacks to these ways of managing stress?
- In the future, healthy relationships should help support you through stressful times in your life. Identify 3 people you can turn to what would help you when you are stressed out.
